Regional Trustee Services - Reconveyance, Foreclosure, Lien Releases

	Chris Rebhuhn Chief Executive Officer Chris Rebhuhn is the Chief Executive Officer of Regional Trustee Services Corporation and has worked in and supervised every aspect of its development for the past 14 years. Chris is a graduate of the University of Washington's MBA Management Program. He regularly travels and participates in seminars to help educate his customers in various parts of the country. Chris holds memberships with the American Legal and Financial Network, Mortgage Bankers Association, Seattle Mortgage Bankers Association, and Arizona Trustees Association in addition to his Board seat on the United Trustees Association and is a strong supporter of multiple members of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women.
	Aleta Lavandier President Aleta has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, including judicial foreclosure, non-judicial foreclosure, eviction and bankruptcy. Ms. Lavandier directed the design and development of a multi-state software system to process foreclosures electronically, completely eliminating paper files while maintaining complete connectivity to all lender platforms. She is a member of the Property Records Industry Association and, incorporating the latest technology, has implemented software to allow Regional to electronically record lien releases in the State of Washington.
	Joe Sipavich Senior Vice President Joe Sipavich, is Sr. Vice President, Business Development. He started his career in the default/trustee industry as an Account Executive with a small foreclosure trustee in 1982. After bringing in two new clients on his first day marketing on his own, he was “hooked”. While vacationing in Seattle in 1989, Joe liked it enough to make a spur of the moment decision to move there. On that same trip, he accidentally encountered Regional Trustee Services, applied for the marketing position and was hired shortly afterwards. Besides sales and customer service duties, Joe has worked on the development of marketing materials, advertising at national trade shows, and assisted with foreclosure processing and the development of Regional’s nationwide reconveyance system. “It has been very rewarding to see Regional grow from a small company with 3 employees handling work in two states to nearly 50 employees, processing foreclosure work in 8 states, and lien releases nationwide”.
	Deborah Kaufman Vice President Operations Deborah began her career at Regional Trustee Services in 1990. Along with overseeing operations in the Foreclosure and Reconveyance divisions, she handles complex commercial and high liability files in all eight states where she utilizes her 20 years of experience in the legal, title insurance and real estate industries. Deborah also uses her paralegal training to keep RTSC current on regulatory and compliance issues in the industry.
